It's the division that these attacks are causing that is getting to me.

The constant stream of opinions about who is right and how the world should carry itself, including Canada, makes me feel like I am up right up against sandpaper.

I am also feeling physically sick since I finally got out of bed this morning. It's a little embarrassing that I could be affected this much.
